1 frozen banana (peeled and frozen)
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tsp. turmeric root (or substitute turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 tbsp. chia seeds
Optional: 1 scoop Acid-Kicking Greens in Citrus or Raw flavor
