I’ve got a delicious and refreshing smoothie recipe for you today. It’s perfect for hot summer days that you want to get started with energy and vitality.

We combine mint leaves with spinach, frozen banana, strawberries (either frozen or fresh), coconut milk, and almond butter for a minty taste sensation you’ll want again and again.

Thanks to raw almond butter, coconut milk, and Organic Daily Protein, which is optional, you’ll stay full until lunchtime with all of that healthy fat and protein.

1 cup coconut milk
