Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice — For Your Gut!

It’s PUMPKIN EVERYTHING Season!!

My no-bake (is it still 90 degrees where you are?!) Pumpkin Spice Bites are naturally sweet and full of everything you want in a fall dessert. All without the sugar crash, bloating, or empty calories!

They take just minutes to make, require no baking, and are the kind of treat you can feel good about giving your kids (and yourself).

Made with simple, whole ingredients and support from Gut Punch, these bites support gut lining health, improve digestion, and balance your microbiome…and fill up your fall-loving soul!  And they are so much fun to make with the kids.

But the goodness just keeps on flowing because they are rich in fiber and healthy fats—which means they help you BURN FAT!

Ingredients

Bites:

  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour (or almond)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or raw honey)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 3 scoops Gut Punch

Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (room temperature)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor or mixing bowl until a soft, rollable dough forms.
  • Roll into 12–14 small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill in the fridge while you make the glaze (optional).
  • Glaze: Stir together melted coconut butter and maple syrup until smooth. Drizzle over the bites, then refrigerate again until set.

You can store them in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for a longer stash. My kids also love them in their lunchboxes and as an after-school snack. These bites also make for the perfect quick dessert when YOU want something sweet but still feel good afterward.

These bites are proof that dessert can be both indulgent and beneficial, without ever tasting like “health food.”  They satisfy cravings, and fuel the body — all without refined sugar or processed ingredients!

Did you notice that I snuck in a few scoops of Gut Punch?! Yep, Gut Punch can be smuggled into all sorts of things—smoothies, nut milks, power balls, protein shakes, and even gummy candies!

You will know that you are giving your family one of the best things on earth for their gut health…and they will never ever suspect a thing!
