Summer Greens Soup

A chilled summer greens soup is one of my TOP HACKS. It’s quick and easy to make, and you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen right now.

Best of all, it gives you spoonfuls of magnesium and other nutrients that are needed to help prevent:

  • Brain fog
  • Heart disease
  • Osteoporosis
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • Constipation and stomach issues

…all while guiding your body into a deep sleep each night.

Best summer ever. Check. Chilled and ready to go.

You will become so obsessed with this chilled soup that I’m warning you to double (or more) the recipe for ready-right-now leftovers.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 medium cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of your favorite greens (kale, spinach, arugula, Swiss chard, etc.)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (plus more as optional garnish)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt (Celtic Grey, Himalayan, or Redmond Real Salt)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Basil (optional garnish)
  • Paprika or cayenne (optional garnish)

  1. Blend at high speed to desired consistency.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs, spices, and/or olive oil as desired.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. It’s honestly THAT quick and easy.

Eating your magnesium is important, but supplementing with it is CRITICAL.

However, it’s virtually impossible to get the magnesium your body REQUIRES these days due to mineral-depleted soils, pesticides, a sugary diet, GMOs, fluoride, etc. Speaking of fluoride—it’s time to totally cut that out. No more tap water (oozing in fluoride); please use fluoride-free toothpaste.

My three ultra-pure and potent forms of magnesium are designed to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and sharpen mental focus. You owe it to yourself and everyone in your world to experience the best you possible. And that starts with giving your body exactly what it needs to make it happen.
