My EXACT formula for NOT getting sick

It’s true, you do NOT have much control over things, but you DO have control over how you prepare.

The viruses swirling around you, the germs your kids bring home from school, and the weather changes are all out of your control. But just like you put on a raincoat to stay dry in a storm, coating your body with a strong immune system will keep you healthy. No matter how heavy the germs are raining down! 

Below I will share my 8-Step Protocol for Powerful Immune Defense. However, our body, mind, and soul all inspire each other as they are completely woven together. 

For example, emotional and mental stress can manifest into physical illnesses. Therefore, being intentional about getting a rejuvenating sleep, a sweaty workout, laughs with your family and friends, and setting aside time for calming prayer or meditation is all part of curating a HEALTHY YOU!

ALL your systems—from your nervous to your immune system—should be equally loved and supported. 

Ladies and gents, here is what Chelsea and I do every day. I can’t even remember the last time either of us had a sniffle!

 

My 8-Step Protocol for Powerful Immune Defense. 

Here’s my daily schedule:

Rise and shine: 

  • The silver shine: Follow up with 15 sprays of Sovereign Silver in your mouth. Then swish for 20 seconds and swallow. This is a powerful natural antibiotic, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. 

Breakfast:

After a high healthy fat and low (or no!) sugar breakfast, power up your immune system to fight off whatever comes your way today:
