These savory avocado lettuce wraps are completely raw, so they are ready in minutes. And they contain healthy ingredients I know you love like tomato, cilantro, and avocado. Savory Avocado Wrap Serves 2 INGREDIENTS 2 lettuce leaves 1 avocado, sliced Handful of spinach 1 tomato, diced 2 tsp. chopped cilantro 1/2 red onion, diced (to taste) 1 tsp. cumin Sea salt (Celtic Grey Sea Salt, Himalayan, or Redmond Real Salt) and pepper to taste Optional: Jalapeno pepper to taste Optional: Alfalfa sprouts (add some power!)
